少林大共拳筒介

这套拳法是少林寺寺僧入寺的必修课程,整套拳法有44个招式,其 中包括“白云盖顶”、“大七星”、“双橛手”、“三枪手”、“三冲 炮”等经典招法,是一套以小博大,以巧制胜的独特武艺。大洪拳是少林拳法的代表性套路。此拳结构严谨,攻防分明,架势矮 小,起落稳健,出手即到,一招制敌,被视为中国武术的精华。

本书采用图文教材与影视教材相结合的立体教学手段,并邀请此拳 法权威人士进行技术表演和教学示范,保证学习者获取原汁原味的技法 传承。

Da-hong Boxing is a representative form in Shaolin Boxing. This form is famous for compact structure, distinct attacking and defending, and moderate raising and falling. It knocks down any opponent unexpected tricky moves, and is therefore regarded as distillation in Chinese Wushu.

It is a required course for any freshman in Shaolin Temple. 少林大洪拳动作说明与图解

Starting Movement

一、起式

两脚开立,目视前方。 (图i)

Stard with feet apart. Look forward. (Fig 1)

左脚开步,与肩同宽, 两臂平举,向上提起, 掌心向上,目视前方。

Step the left foot aside. Stand with feet shoulder width apart, stretch arms horizontally and then lift them up with palms facing upward, look forward at the same time. (Fig 2)

3.双手合什,位于胸前,目视前方。(图3)

Bring palms together in front of the chest and look forward. (Fig 3)

4.双掌下按,置于腹前,翻转手腕,掌心向上。(图4)

Press palms downward till the abdomen, turn wrists and make palms face upward. (Fig 4)

5.两掌上提,高至胸部,提气提踵,目视前方。(图5)

Lift palms till the chest, breathe in deeply and lift the heels while looking forward. (Fig 5)

翻掌下按,置于腹前,

松腰沉肩,气沉丹田。

Turn the palms over and press them down till the abdomen, relax the waist and lower the shoulders, breathe in air to the Dantian. (Fig 6)

两手握拳,带回腰间,

挺胸收腹,目视左方。

二、白云盖顶

White Cloud is over the

身体左转,左拳变掌, 向左上架,掌心朝前, 左腿弓步,右手握拳, 抱于腰间,目视前方。

Turn the body to the left, turn the left fist into a palm and lift it to the left side to parry, palm facing forward. Forward lunge step with the left leg and make a fist with the right hand, pose the right fist in front of the waist and look forward. (Fig 8)。

^三、跳仆步

and then a Lower-wing Stance

右脚蹬地,腾空跃起,左手右摆,置于右肩,右手握拳,抱于腰间。(图9)

Stamp with the right foot and jump, swing the left hand to the right shoulder and make a fist with the right hand in front of the waist. (Fig 9)

右腿屈膝,左腿仆步,左手立掌,位于胸前,右手握拳,抱于腰间,目视左方。(图10)

Bend the right leg and make a crouch step with the left leg, erect the left palm in front of the chest and make a fist with the left hand in front of the waist, look at the left. (Fig 10)

左手切掌,力达掌侧,置于左脚,掌心向下,目视左方。(图11 )

Cut with the left palm down to the left foot, with the power fixed at the side of the palm, the palm facing downward, look at the left. (Fig 11)

四、盘肘

Hook Elbows

身体左转,左腿弓步,左拳上架,拳心朝前,右臂屈財,向前横击,力达肘尖,目视前方。(图 12)

Turn the body to the left. Forward lunge step with the left leg, lift the left fist and parry with the fist facing forward, bend the right elbow and strike forward with the power fixed at the tip of the elbow, look forward. (Fig 12)

五、云顶震脚 Both Arms over the Stamping Foot

右后转身,双拳变掌,向后绕臂,双手云顶,快速转体。(图13)

Turn around to the right, make a circle backward with the arms and palms, wave the palms over the head like clouds, turn around the body quickly meanwhile. (Fig 13)

左脚并步,屈腰震脚,右拳下砸,力达拳背,拳心向上,左掌在下,抱于腹前,目视前方。(图14)

Bring the left foot back and stamp while bending the waist, blow down with the right fist with the power fixed at the back of the fist. The left palms is down to the abdomen, fist facing upward. Look forward. (Fig 14)

六、大七星

Big Seven-star

右脚前迈,双拳变掌, 两臂交叉,向上榡起。 (图 15)

Step the right foot forward and turn the fists into palms, cross and raise the arms. (Fig 15)

左脚跟进,重心前移, 两臂内旋,卷腕握拳。 (图 16)

Followed by the left foot, move the weight forward, revolve the arms inward, coil the wrists and make fists. (Fig 16)

并步屈膝,左脚丁步,左拳前冲,力达拳面,拳心朝下,左拳屈肘,置右肘内,目视前方。(图 17)

Bring the feet together and bend knees, make a T-stance step with the left foot. Thrust the right fist horizontally, first-polm down at the shoulder level, put the left fist near the right elbow. Look forward. (Fig 17)

七、弓步单鞭

Straight-line Arms in a Forwa

身体左转,左脚横跨,马步沉胯,双手握拳,屈臂胸前,拳心朝里,目视前方。(图18 )

Turn the body to the left, stride the left foot and lower the crotch with a bow step, bend arms and make fists in front of the chest, with the fists facing inward, look forward. (Fig 18)

身体左转,左腿弓步,双拳冲出,左拳向前,右拳向后,力贯拳面,拳心向下,目视前方。(图 19 )

Turn the body to the left, bow stance with the left foot, Punch with both fists. The left fist is before the right fist, the power fixes at the fist plane, look forward. ( Fig 19)

八、怀中抱月

 

 

重心后移,左腿虚步,双臂屈肘,左拳在外,右拳在内,拳心向下,目视前方。(图20)

Move the weight backward and lift the left foot lightly, bend the arm, with the

left fist out and right fist in, both facing downward, look forward. (Fig 20)

重心前移,左拳里绕, 右拳外绕,左下右上, 两拳环绕。(图21 )

Move the weight forward, coil the left fist inward and right fist outward. Make circles with the fists and the left fist up and the right fist down. (Fig 21)

十、缩身

Shrink the Body

身体右转,并步屈膝,

左脚丁步,右臂屈肘,

握拳置肩,拳心朝后,

左拳直臂,位于体侧,

Turn the body to the right, bring feet together and bend the knees, make a T-stance step with the left foot. Bend the right elbow and make a fist over the shoulder, fist facing backward. Make a fist with the right hand and stick the left arm close the body, straight, look forward. (Fig 25)

 

十一、三砸拳撅手

身体左转,左腿弓步,

右拳下砸,力达拳背。

左手握拳,抱于腰间,

Turn the body to the left and bow stance with left foot, beat downward with the right fist, with the power fixed at the fist side, make a fist with left hand in front of the waist and look forward. (Fig 26)

右腿提膝,左拳下砸,

力达拳背,左手握拳,

抱于腰间,目视左拳。

十二、云顶

Turn back, turn the fists into palms and make circles backward with the arms and palms. Wave the palms over the head like clouds, turn around the body quickly meanwhile. (Fig 31)

十三、大七星

十五、怀中抱月

十七、回身三枪手

十九、三扒手

take Both Palms Three Times

腰部左移,右手撩掌,力达掌背,两掌相扣,拇指相交,掌心朝下,位于左膝。(图44、图44附)

Move the waist to the left. Circle- up a blow with the right hand, with the power fixed at the fist back. Buckle the palms and cross the thumbs, palms facing downward as high as the left knee. (Fig 44, Fig 44 App)

腰向右转,重心右移, 两掌相扣,屈臂上绕, 由下向上,从左到右, 右肘提起。(图45)

Turn the waist to the right. Move the weight to the left and buckle the palms, move around with bent arms anticlockwise, and with the right elbow lifted. (Fig 45)

三十二、枯树盘根

左脚收回,与肩同宽,双掌合什,位于胸前,凝神静气,目视前方。
