一、左右搂膝拗步|太极拳太极剑学练指引





Form IV: Brush Knee and Twist Step on Both Sides



1. 右手从体前下落,由下向后上方划弧至右肩外,手与耳同高,手心 斜向上;左手由左下向上,向右,再向下划弧至右胸前,手心斜向下;同时 上体先微向左再向右转;左脚收至右脚内侧,脚尖点地;目视右手(图4.L 24.4-1-25.4-1-26)0



2. Turn your torso to the left as you move your right hand down while moving your left hand up. Then turn your torso to the right as you circle your right hand past your abdomen and up to ear level with your arm slightly bent and palm facing obliquely upward. Simultaneously, move your left hand in an upward-rightward-downward curve to the front of the right part of your chest, palm facing obliquely downward. At the same time, turn your upper body first leftward and then rightward. Draw your left foot back to the inner side of your right foot, with toes of the left foot touching the ground. Look at your right hand (fig. 4-1-24, 4-1-25, 4-1-26).



3. 上体左转,左脚向前(偏左)迈出成左弓步;同时右手屈回由耳侧 向前推出,高于鼻尖平,左手向下由左膝前搂过落于左髓旁,指尖向前;目 视右手手指(图44 -27.4-1 -28)



4. Turn your torso to the left and take a step in that direction with your left foot to arrive in a left bow stance. At the same time, push your right hand

5. Sit back slowly with your right knee slightly bent and shift your gravity onto your right leg. Raise the toes of your left foot and turn them a bit outward before placing your entire foot on the ground. Then, bend your left leg slowly and turn your entire body slighdy to the left, shifting gravity onto




your left leg as you turn. Bring your right foot forward to the inner side of your left foot, toes on the ground. Simultaneously, turn your left palm upward, with elbow slightly bent, move your left hand sideways and up to ear level, palm facing upward obliquely. At the same time, following the turning of your body, move your right hand in an upward -leftward -downward curve to the front of the left part of your chest, palm facing obliquely downward. Look at your left hand (fig. 4-1-29, 4-1-30, 4-1-31).

(1)松腰、推掌、弓步应协调一致。



(2)推掌时要沉肩垂肘。



(3)弓步时,两脚的横向距离约为30厘米。
