一、实战作用:|太极拳太极剑学练指引





对手用拳或掌进攻我时,我用右摆掌化解,随即上左步,用左手搂开 对手腿踢的进攻,同时以右掌击打对手的胸部。



拗步,是指异侧手臂在体前的步型。“拗”字有扭转、拧转的意思。 相反,顺步,是指同侧手臂在体前的步型。拗步时两脚跟之间的横向距离 约为30厘米。这样有利于借助后腿的蹬地和上体的拧转,加大推掌的打 击力量。



Functions in fighting:



When the opponent attacks you with fist or palm, you can neutralize it by swaying the right hand, and then step forward with left foot, sweep aside his kick with your left hand, and hit his chest with your right hand.



Twisting step is a kind of foot stance, which means that when you put one arm in front, you should move forward the foot at the different side. Here, "twisting” means turning and rotating. On the contrary, straight step means that when you extend one hand, you should step forward with the foot at the same side. Twisting step requires you to maintain the breadthwise distance between the heels at about 30 cms. By doing this, it is in favor of drawing support of kicking the ground with the back leg and turning the upper body, and so as to add the strength of pushing.



易犯错误:



下肢动作已完成而上肢动作还没有结束。



Common errors:



The movement of the upper limbs falls behind that of the lower limbs.

更正方法:



要树立上下协调,周身一体的概念。反复练习下肢蹬地转腰的同时 上肢搂膝推掌。



Corrective measures:



Keep it in mind that the arms and legs should be coordinated and every part of your body should be in harmony. Practice repeatedly the movement of kicking the ground with the leg and turning waist. At the same time, brush knee and push with palms.
